Burgundy Wedding Trends

Burgundy is one of our favourite wedding colours and that is why we used it for the launch of our men’s accessories collection.

Burgundy describes a deep red-brown shade, resemblant to a wine tone from the Burgundy region of France. Burgundy is a rich, jewel tone that’s perfect for a wedding celebration in autumn or winter. It can be easily paired with other colours to create bold palettes that will complement any neutral venue decor and add depth to floral arrangements, decorations and table settings.

One of our most favourite burgundy pairings is with navy blue. Burgundy and navy blue are complementary colours, making them a perfect match. Both shades are quite rich, therefore it’s a good idea to combine them with more neutral tones in order to create a balanced and romantic atmosphere. These can also be complimented with touches of gold for breathtaking results! Deep, rich colours tend to provide warmth so if you’re planning an autumn/winter wedding, burgundy and navy blue seem like an obvious choice.
